Core strengthening will allow you to feel balanced during set-up and throughout the swing. Also, learning hip and shoulder stabilization will transform to the "Triangle of Speed". Your club head speed will increase through the hitting zone and you will develop longer and more accurate golf shots.
Pilates Techniques will strengthen your core, wrists, forearms and shoulders; it will also improve flexibility, focus and breathing. You will move more efficiently with less stress on your joints and major muscle groups. Your mind and body will learn to "pull the trigger" with definite precision awareness.
Functional Fitness for golf will not correct your swing fault or stop you from manipulating the club head during your swing, but, it will allow your mind and body to create , improve and perfect your technique.
Another additional benefit from core and flexibility strengthening is minimizing the effect the sport of golf has on the lower back. By strengthening your core and balancing your body, and at the same time becoming more flexible, your back will become stronger and better able to deal with the rigors of the game.
