Barbara J. Feller, licensed deep tissue massage therapist since 1986 completed the comprehensive certifications program of STOTT PILATES ® in April 1999. With 25 years experience in deep tissue massage and 5 years experience in STOTT PILATES ®, I have developed some contemporary Pilates exercises for golfers, scoliosis problems and spinal lumbar problems. With my knowledge of the body's anatomy and my palpatory skills, I can help my clients learn how to listen to their body. “After I had my first child, I wanted something that would strengthen my body and keep me flexible. I learned of Pilates and decided to try it out. In just a few months I became stronger and more flexible. I found that the principles I learned helped me use my body better in my massage practice, my gardening and my daily activities. The Pilates exercises are a life-long commitment and I feel revitalized after my session. This is truly the best way to take care of yourself.”
